TZO-HA, offers a low cost solution to high availability. By deploying TZO-HA services, customers can exceed 5-9's availability for their Internet bound web and mail servers. With Tzolkin's unique technology, TZO-HA has real-time awareness of web server availability. If a primary server/s becomes unavailable, TZO-HA re-writes one or many DNS records to make available the secondary server/s and then propagates that change through Tzolkin's entire domain name server infrastructure "TZO-NET", then through the entire Internet with unprecedented speed. This ensures that only the currently available server/s are properly advertised throughout the Internet. |

| By deploying multiple monitoring points within TZO-NET, assurances are made that only genuine server outages are identified. By having 2 or more geographically dispersed monitoring agents polling a given server or cluster, false down notifications are eliminated. Server down notifications must be identified from all participating monitoring points in order for the AutoFailover action to take place. TZO-HA can be configured for failover between multiple interfaces on a single server, between multiple servers or load-balance across all available servers. |
